Technical support for Preparing SOP for all project process and its activities, taking reference from AGILE and compliance to the same.

Support for preparation of Material code list for C2C implementation.

Technical support for Design and build work places that are safe with all latest state of the art safety systems & Robust and automated fault detection systems

Ensure accurate feedback of progress to site senior management on timely basis.

Proactively resolve recurring issues to ensure timely resolution and coordination with other teams.

Periodically review overall compliance with SOPs.

Determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions, by reviewing MIS.

Drive high productivity of site workforce through optimal staffing and manpower scheduling.

Ensure smooth coordination across all departments by conducting meetings of the concerned teams and resolving any outstanding issues.

Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) as reported by internal/external audits.
